Managing Director - Michael Lodge - has more than 30 years' experience in large - scale construction projects - experience gained largely with one of the
biggest names in Australian Civil Contracting, Leighton Contractors Pty Ltd.

During his career, Mick has worked on projects as diverse as Gold mine
construction, Major highway works, Bulk earthworks, Canal construction,
Site works at Callide 'B' power station, 60 Km of Pipeline Construction, Bridge and  large culvert works, Electrical Sub-Station works, Retaining walls and Sub-divisional works. Mick uses this experience to setout each project, using 12D Software and a Leica 1200 Robotic Total station and Autocad for all survey and construction requirements.

Administration Manager - Janet Garnsey - brings a different set of skills to the company.    After studying for a degree in business management, Janet gained many years experience in the equipment/plant hire industry and now takes responsibility for all Civcon's 'backroom' operations: purchasing, spare parts, equipment service, accounting, and computer operations, also Janet is Civcon's qualified Workplace, Health & Safety Officer.

Site Manager - John Ellis -   has spent some 25 years in
the civil construction industry, both running his own business and working for
Fulton Hogan.  His experience includes numerous subdivisions through
to larger projects such as the drainage works to the Nundah By-pass,
and Bulk Earthworks and Drainage to widen Gympie Road to six lanes at
Carseldine. He also has a “hands on” management style with a solid
knowledge of civil construction.

Site Foreman - Chris Bowditch - Chris has worked for Civcon for a number of years, initally as a Plant Operater, then been promoted to his current position, He has a good understanding of Civil Construction and bringing contracts in on time and Budget.     Chris also has a good understanding of Plant utilisation and machine capabilities, due largely to his operating background.

Site Foreman - Paul Stanfield - Paul has worked in the Civil construction industry since 1968, and has a broad knowledge of civil works and correct plant operating procedures, He has been a owner/director of his own business for a period of fifteen(15) years until it was sold in 2005.     He has completed many large scale sub-divisions in and around the Gold Coast/Helensvale region, also various developments including Palm Meadows Golf course, and Spring Mountain community Stages 1 - 3.

Quantity Surveyor/Programming - Noel Burton - Noel has extensive experience in the 12D survey design software in both 2D and 3D format, and handles all Civcon's design issues and quantity checking before tender stage, also Noel checks all "As constructed" data to ensure compliance with contract drawings, and carries out field setout and pickup when required as he also has a Degree in Surveying.
